Founder
Nick Strong
Nick started the Longevitors business because he wanted to find ways live well, long and independently. Many of us in our 50's and 60's want to get ready for a long, healthy, happy and independent retirement and Nick is no exception. Nick explored ways to do this but didn't find it easy. There are so many options. Diet plans, fitness camps, mindfulness weekends - the list goes on and on.
At the end of the day we are all different. Nick's personal journey took him into triathlon. (That may seem like an odd step but that's Nick for you!) Basically Nick likes aerobic exercise so swim, bike and run worked for him.
Since making his decision Nick has been Chairman of Southampton Triathlon Club, entered and completed a number of triathlon events and trains weekly with clubmates. He feels and (he thinks) looks great too. Nick is committed to supporting Longevitors clients find their own way to what living well, long and independently looks like to them. It's your life and your journey after all.

Technical Director
Joel Caws
Joel heads up Technical Development for Longevitors. With over 25 years of web development experience, Joel oversees the development of systems with a focus on keeping ease-of-use at the fore-front.
Joel enjoys an active lifestyle and has been an avid attendee of the gym for many years. He enjoys both weight training and cardio exercise at the gym.
He also has a love for being active outdoors including hiking in the country and especially big hills! Hills seems to be a running theme as you can also find him snowboarding down the snowy mountains of France during the winter.
Over the last few years Joel has taken up road biking and enjoys getting out once or twice a week to cycle the country lanes and hills (yes more hills!) near to where he lives. Most recently, he went to Majorca on a road cycling holiday where there were even more hills to tackle than in the UK!

Wellness Co-ordinator
Mary Strong
Mary is an education professional. Rising through the ranks she reached the level of Head Teacher status in education. Mary's passion is now focused on supporting others to live well. Mary focuses this through the development of the Longevitors Wellness Programme.
Mary wants her retirement to be active in mind and body for herself and family. She loves spending time with her beautiful grandchildren and wants to make sure she can do that to the full as they grow up. Mary has always been active and wants to stay that way.
Since making her decision Mary has helped herself and others live their best lives now and with a focus on the future.
